Consumer Data Privacy Policy

Stout respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This document describes Stout’s Consumer Data Privacy Policy, that is, how we protect your privacy and treat your data when you submit personal information to us.

Stout’s payment page consists of a number of fields that you are asked to fill in. Some of them are required, others are optional. The fields are:

Billing Address*

Country

Phone

E-mail

All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required in order to process your payment. Stout stores the information for accounting purposes. Your information will not be provided to third parties not involved in the transaction, nor used to send you any unsolicited information.

To pay with a credit card, the following information is required:

Credit card number

Expiry date of credit card

Security code

The credit card information is sent directly to our payment processor, SLIM CD. The credit card information is neither recorded nor stored by Stout. It can only be accessed by our payment processor. The transaction has a very high level of security.

Your credit card details are sent directly to SLIM CD over a secure SSL-encrypted connection. They are not processed on Stout’s servers at any stage of the transaction. The payments are deposited directly into Stout’s bank account. Stout employees do not have access to SLIM CD transaction management system.

Your account information and payment amount are sent to Stout’s server over an unencrypted connection and forwarded to our Accounts Receivable staff. Other Stout employees do not have access to the information.
